we work with a nationwide network of trusted suppliers. As a result, items in your basket may be supplied by different suppliers and delivered separately. Where this applies, you’ll see multiple delivery charges at checkout. We always aim to group products from the same supplier to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
Delivery charges listed on our website apply to mainland UK, excluding the following postcode areas: AB, CF, DD, DG, FK, KW, IV, LA, LD, LL, NP, PA, PH, SA, SY
If your delivery address falls within one of these postcode areas, we’ll be in touch before processing your order to confirm any additional delivery costs.
Please note: We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland.

If you have posted an enquiry, suppliers may include a delivery charge that varies from the values above and these will always be shown on their offer.
While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on the date requested, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates of our suppliers.
Any change to a delivery date given at the time of purchase will be notified by email or telephone. If the supplier is unable to make a delivery because access is not possible for the vehicle specified on the order, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery charge.
All of our delivery charges are based on an adult being available to accept the delivery. This includes, on heavier items, the ability to assist with manually or mechanically offloading items. All deliveries will be made to the kerbside of your property. Offload facilities, such as tail-lift or forklift facilities can be requested, but may include an additional charge.
Our cut-off time for orders is 2pm on working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day. For instance, an order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Express deliveries are our Next Day delivery service. If your order is placed before 2pm on a working day, your express delivery will be the following day. If placed after 2pm on a working day, your express delivery will be the day after tomorrow. Express deliveries are available for a select range of products. The products available for this service are marked on their individual product pages. Additionally, express deliveries are only available for select postcodes. If the products in your basket are eligible and the postcode entered in checkout is also eligible, you will see the express delivery option in checkout. All other terms and conditions apply to express deliveries as those listed above under Terms and Conditions.
Our suppliers reserve the right to refuse to make a delivery, if you have not informed either us or the supplier of any access restrictions at either the time of placing the order or 24 hours before the delivery.
Restricted access includes, but is not limited to: double yellow lines, a red route, narrow lanes, steep hills, low bridges, or width restricted roads. Please call us on 07960621833 or email info@j1material.com if you do not have unrestricted access.
If restricted access means a specialist vehicle is required, such as a van or a hiab, there may be an additional delivery charge. If this is the case, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss your delivery options.
